The purpose of this project is to document the personal history and lives of the Arab-American community in central Ohio by means of creating an oral history digital collection.

The overarching goals of this project are to:
  1. create an experiential learning opportunity for Denison students of Arabic to engage with Arabic speakers and to further develop their linguistic and cultural skills.
  2. broaden understanding of Arab Americans and bringing visibility to their contributions to and engagement with their local communities.
